Nigeria Airforce Direct Short Service, (DSSC) 34/2025 Commission Enlistment Exercise

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) is an avenue for qualified Nigerian graduates and post-graduates (Male and Female) to enlist as officers in various professional fields. 

Interested individuals must meet requirements such as being a Nigerian citizen by birth, being between 20 and 32 years old (with exceptions for certain professionals), and possessing a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division or Upper Credit. Applications are submitted online through the NAF recruitment portal.

Accordingly, Delta State Government, is by this announcement encouraging all eligible Deltans (Male and Female) to apply online at www.nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng from 27th August to 7th October, 2025. The purpose is to enlist degree holders and professionals to serve the nation in fields such as engineering, medicine, cyber specialities and others.

TRAINING: Candidates undergo a period of intensive military training, typically around six to nine months, and are commissioned as Flying Officers upon successful completion. 

PHYSICAL AND MEDICAL FITNESS: Applicants must be medically and physically fit. Marital status: Applicants must be single. NYSC: A discharge certificate from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) is compulsory.
