Delta State Governor Arrives for DELSU’s 17th Convocation

BREAKING:The Delta State Governor has officially arrived at the 17th Convocation Ceremony of Delta State University (DELSU).  
Originally scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM, the event was rescheduled to 8:00 AM due to crucial exigencies on the part of His Excellency.  
The academic procession is currently taking place at the Postgraduate School.
