Kou Kingdom, Bayelsa State, appreciates Tompolo's contributions in fight against Insecurity

The entire people of Kou Kingdom in Ekeremor Local Government Area in  Bayelsa State have appreciated High Chief Dr. Government Ekpomupolo a.k.a Tompolo for his contributions as regards his fight against insecurity in the area adding, sea pirates used to  terrorise their people especially those who go into fishing in the rivers. In a chat with newsmen, the National Youth President of Kingdom who spoke on behalf of the people, Evang. Meituade Andrew said before now, the communities were not safe as his people were afraid to go into fishing due to  the activities of sea pirates. His words: To be frank with you, before the intervention of High  Chief Dr Government Ekpomupolo alias Tompolo in the insecurity of the area, our people were living in perpetual fear. They could not go to the rivers to throw their nets as a result of pirates' attack but today, our people are safe in the area, courtesy of our ameable High Chief Dr. Government Ekpomupolo alias Tompolo".

According to the National Youth President, the people in the Kingdom which comprise:  Azamabiri, Orobiri, Ogbeintu, Agge,  Amazon among others, also expressed gratitude to High Chief Dr. Government Ekpomupolo for empowering their people especially the youths through  gainful  employment through Tantita Security Services Nigeria Ltd. He said, before now, many of their people were unemployed in the Kingdom but with Tompolo's establishment of the company and their subsequent employment, they have been employed thus, this has  made the people to live a worthy life. His words:" Apart from the fact that our ameable High Chief Dr Government Ekpomupolo alias Tompolo's making our people to go back to their fishing without fear of molestation, he has been able to make our people, especially our youths, to be relevant to themselves, their families and state in particular and  the country at large because, they now have jobs which can fetch them money. Today, many of our youths have left the streets".

According to the National President,the Kingdom prayed for God's protection and guidance of the life of Tompolo that, God should  strengthen him to do more for the Kingdom, the state in particular and  country at large. 

It is no longer news that before Tantita Security Services' Nigeria Ltd was established by High Chief Dr. Government Ekpomupolo alias Tompolo, to fight insecurity in the Nigerian water ways, there were  cases of kidnappings, transporters' attack by armed robbers, hostage takings by sea pirates, pipeline vandalism of pipelines and general crude oil theft.  This accounts for why the Federal Government engaged the organization to fight these menace: general crude oil theft in the country-  because, hoodlums' activities have greatly  affected the revenues which ought to accrue to the Federal Government from its(oil) sales.
