Akpomudje mourns Late Austin Uloho, says GCUOBA has lost a great sailor
The President General, Government College Ughelli Old Boys Association world wide, Olorogun Albert Akpomudje SAN has mourned the death of Chief Austin Uloho, former UPU Deputy President General and Old Boy of the college who died at 73, saying GCUOBA has lost a great sailor.
Akpomudle, the Otota of ancient Olomu Kingdom, Life Bencher and Former Secretary General of UPU served with Late Uloho in same Executive Committee.
The late Uloho was a renowned businessman and a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta.
According to Akpomudje, “It is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that I, on behalf of the Government College Old Boys Association mourn one of our great ancient Mariner, I extend my heartfelt condolences to the great Uloho family on the passing of Olorogun Austin Uloho, a former UPU Deputy President General.
“Olorogun Austin Uloho was a distinguished leader and a repository of wisdom who served Urhobo very well. He was dedicated to the progress and unity of our people and his alma mater GCU. Death is the last bus stop of all humans, so I used this opportunity to charge the family to look on the bright side and the legacies he left behind.
“No amount of mourning will bring him back, consequently on this note, I offer our thoughts and prayers to his family and members of GCUOBA who knew and loved him, may his soul rest in perfect peace.” He added.
