Mob set suspected Armed Robbers ablaze in Delta

Angry mob on Monday night set a suspected armed robber ablaze by Deco junction in Warri, Delta State. Two other of his gang members escaped from the crime scene.

It was learnt that the deceased suspect stormed the area at about 8pm with two of his gang in commercial tricycle. 

He allegedly shot and dispossessed an unidentified lady of her bag and her personal effects. The lady however, raised alarm which attracted passerby and business persons as they gave the suspect a hot chase. In his bid to escape, the suspect also allegedly shot the commercial tricycle operator who carried the lad.

The both of them were rushed to the hospital for medical treatment.
