Suspend Dr. Ashibigwu over Adeda's murder, Israel Joe urges Oborevwori, ask Police to arrest him

Following the death of a Deputy Director in the Ministry of Secondary of Education, Asaba, Mr. Unity Ekpevbughe Adeda, a Warri based human right activist, Comrade Israel Joe today urged the Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori to immediately suspend the Commissione for Secondary Education, Dr. Kingsley Ashibogwu in other to ensure a transparent investigation into the incident that led to his death. Joe made the call in a statement sent to Our Correspondent in Warri. He said,"There should never be any sacred cow and justice must be done in this case."

In a reaction to a statement by the Delta State Police Command,Joe said the name of the Commisioner featured prominently in the dastard incidence. 

He also called on the Delta State Police Command led by CP Samuel Etaifo Erale to arrest and take into the custody, the said Commissioner 
for proper investigation. "The Police is for all."

Joe who expressed concerns over the statement by the Police said,"You cannot arrest his aides without arresting him as well because he was alleged to have passed the order. 

"His aides cannot beat someone to pulp in his present without either an implied or express consent."

He said,'According to the narrarive, it was alleged that the Hon. Commisioner for Secondary Education Dr.Kingsley was at the scene, he ordered his aides (one arrested and two on the run) and police orderly to beat up the late man who was later detained after falling unconscious instead of being rushed to the hospital. 

"According to the Commissioner, the deceased attacked him when he went down himself to resolve an issue between the deceased and the Director of Exams after being called by the said Direcror of Exams. 

"The Commisioner also was quick to allege the deceased that he was once involved in an extortion and he had cautioned him one on one before this time.

"The same Commisioner said he is not a vioI£nŧ person but the said deceased threatened and attacked him and was left with wounds. 

"Dear Commissioner you can tell this your cock and bull stories to some children as your narrative isn't connecting at all. Someone you claimed to have called and cautioned, same you, are asking the person if he knew you? Habaaaa na.
