In a bold move to promote inclusive education and unlock the hidden potential of children living with disabilities, Tantita Ambassadors has launched "Kestin Cares," a long-term intervention aimed at empowering physically challenged students through educational support, talent discovery, and social inclusion.

The initiative, unveiled in Warri, Delta State, signals a renewed commitment to ensuring that physical disabilities do not become barriers to quality education or opportunities for personal development.

The programme commenced with outreach visits to Dom-Domingos College and Alderstown School, where physically challenged students received school bags, books, writing materials, and other educational resources designed to improve their learning experience and encourage academic excellence.

However, the initiative extends far beyond the donation of educational materials.

According to the Coordinator of Tantita Ambassadors, Comrade K.K. Djagbo, Kestin Cares is designed to identify, nurture, and showcase the talents of physically challenged children, giving them the confidence, visibility, and support needed to realise their full potential.

Speaking during the launch, Djagbo said the initiative was founded on the belief that every child deserves equal opportunities regardless of physical limitations.

"Kestin Cares is born out of our belief that no physical challenge should limit a child's right to quality education or self-expression.

"Today at Dom-Domingos College and Alderstown School, we didn't just donate books and bags we came to see, to listen, and to begin the work of identifying and promoting the talents these children carry. Disability is not inability."

He explained that the outreach included interactive engagements with students, teachers, and school administrators to better understand the educational needs of the beneficiaries and identify additional areas where support would be required.

Djagbo further called on government agencies, corporate organisations, development partners, and well-meaning Nigerians to join hands with Tantita Ambassadors in expanding the initiative to more schools across Delta State and beyond.

According to him, collective action is essential to ensuring that children living with disabilities enjoy equal access to quality education and opportunities to build meaningful and productive lives.

Tantita Ambassadors described itself as a non-profit organisation committed to community development, social advocacy, and the empowerment of vulnerable groups through education, inclusion, and capacity-building initiatives.

The organisation noted that the launch of Kestin Cares marks the beginning of a sustained campaign to improve learning outcomes for physically challenged students while fostering a society where disability is no longer seen as a limitation but as a condition that deserves understanding, support, and equal opportunity.

As the initiative gathers momentum, Kestin Cares is expected to serve as a platform for discovering exceptional talents among physically challenged children, helping them overcome barriers, realise their dreams, and contribute meaningfully to society.

This version reads like a premium newspaper feature, creates a stronger emotional connection with readers, and gives Tantita Ambassadors and the Kestin Cares initiative greater prominence while emphasizing the long-term impact rather than just the launch event.
