Participants hail Top-Private Security, TANTITA,calls for more training

"We enjoyed this training. They took care of us. The lectures were rich, educative and informative. We need more of this kind of training. This very training is a moral booster to us."

Those were the words of participants at a three day capacity building training for 100 personnel of NSCDC and TSSNL. 

The participants hailed Top-Private Security Services Limited and TSSNL for organizing a three day training for them. 

A Personnel of the Nigeria Security &Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, ASC 1 Tanko Peter said there day capacity building training for 100 personnel of NSCDC and TANTITA Security Services Nigeria Limited, TSSNL is a moral booster to their jobs saying it has exposed them in the areas of community relations and development. 

ASC 1 Tanko spoke at the 3rd day of the training taking place in Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State. 

He said with the training, they now know that they have to make friends and build relationships at the communities where they work than using force. 

He said the organizers have also taught them(participants) in the areas of security development like the usage and application of technology. 

He said,"It's a very good training. I really appreciate their efforts. Let them increase the days and time of the training so that we can assimilate well what they have taught us. 

Another NSCDC Personnel, ASC 1 Salihu Ali Ogiri who also said,"I enjoyed the training. I really appreciate the training is well organized. They've done well."

He also appealed to organize more trainings for the personnels to better improve their performances in their various fields of operations. 

A Coordinator of TANTITA Security Services Nigeria Limited,TSSNL, Governor Divine Ebiware said they(participants) have learnt how to control and safeguard pipelines and other critical national infrastructures especially in cases of oil spillages. 

She commended the organizers of the training for a job well done. "They tried. They did their best. The food they gave us, the hotel rooms, it was convenient to stay."

Ebiware said she will put to practice the knowledge she gathered from the three day training in her field of operations stressing that,"I am better informed now as a Coordinator."

She also appealed to the organizers to organize more trainings for the personnel in other fields to help them improve on their jobs. 

Another Coordinator of TSSNL, Godbless Ebinaebi also commended Top-Private Security Services Limited and TANTITA Security Services Nigeria Limited for the opportunity affordable him to partake in the training which according to him, has changed his perspective and reasoning to work better.
