Nigeria Maritime University Announces 2025/2026 Post-UTME Screening

The Nigeria Maritime University (NMU), Okerenkoko, Delta State, has invited qualified candidates to apply for its 2025/2026 Post-UTME screening exercise.

According to a statement signed by the Registrar, Dr. Paul Bebenimibo, the exercise is open to candidates who made NMU their first choice in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored at least 160. Applicants must also possess a minimum of five O’Level credits in relevant subjects.

The screening registration, which costs a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000, is to be completed online via the university’s portal at [https://eportal.nmu.edu.ng/](https://eportal.nmu.edu.ng/). Payment can be made using an ATM card or internet banking. After payment, candidates are to log in, complete the bio-data form, and print the 2025/2026 Screening Exercise slip.

The university noted that applicants are not required to upload O’Level results, passport photographs, or biometric data, as these have already been provided by JAMB. It also warned that candidates who fail to register for the screening will not be considered for admission.

Registration closes on Saturday, August 30, 2025.
