President of the De-Advocates, Comrade Israel Joe made the call in a statement sent to Our Correspondent in Warri.

The group also condemned Ibom Air for the ill-treatment meted to their customer,Comfort Bob.

"The Ibom Air acted very wrongly both in morality and in the eyes of the law."

According to him,"Their actions amounted to kiIIing a mosquito with a sledgehammer. Charging her to court and remanding her to prison is nothing but an oppression to the said lady."

The group questioned,"What is the penalty for fighting or breaking flight traffic rules in the first place? What happens to the presumption of innocence until found guilty, that would prompt a life-fly ban? What a ląwless decision?

The group insisted that,"No matter how one tries to defend the rubbish and suppression done to this lady, they have no justification to have dragged her with male security, video her with her breast opened and still have the guts to post it to social media."

The group also said Ibom Airline has violated the fundamental right to the dignity of the human person guaranteed and enshrined in Section 34(1a) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as amended with such a degrading and denigrating treatment on Comfort Emmanuel, their customer and passenger.

"They would have allowed her out, while female police officers would have been sent to arrest her at the arrival point. She would have respected female officers instead of these ferocious looking male species that tore her clothes in trying to arrest her.

"There are trained officers that would have handcuffed her without having to nąkęɗ her."

The group questioned,"Where is her own right as a customer that should have been protected?

"If we are in a country of laws, this would have been handled in a more mature way than the Ibom Air had done.

"Personally, I always use the flight mood most times I board because that is the reason for such a function, not necessarily turning off the phone totally."
