The General Overseer of Goshen Freedom Tabernacle, GFT, Effurun in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State, Prophet Austin Ariole JP today lambasted President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led All Progressives Congress, APC saying his administration is laced with so much challenges.

Prophet Ariole stressed that the renewed hope agenda brought a lot of pain and agony to Nigerians excluding the elites and politicians.

This is contained in a statement signed by the fearless cleric while assessing the performance of the President in the last two years.

Prophet Ariole noted that it is on record that he took very audacious steps in removing the subsidy in Petrol,"the pain is beyond managing" he said.

According to him, "One of the most worrisome things his administration is doing is appropriating projects in all the geopolitical zones that they put on paper but execution is a problem.

"Benin to Warri is just how many kilometers, Benin to Abuja is how many kilometers, yet there's no road.

"Why is the train terminating in Itakpe or Ajakuta. Isn't it possible to build the railway down to Abuja. Every project looks like a mirage."

Prophet Ariole added that,"The coastal road is an amazing initiative, but I believe nothing is happening there now. It can't be completed by Tinubu and that's a huge challenge.

"I read of the contract for the rehabilitation of the wing of Murtala Mohammed international airport in Lagos. Isn't that money too much. We have so many people dying of frustration and hunger, these projects are far from impacting on the common man.

"I hear the student loan is on now, my question is, how will these students pay when there are no jobs for graduates in Nigeria. After youth service, majority begin micro business like POS and riding of Keke, is that the dividend or the fruit from graduation.

"Can you blame the Youths who go into yahoo today. While in the university in the 90s, there was so much excitement believing we would get employment from within the oil and gas sector for those of us from niger Delta and others also came and got Jobs directly or indirectly from that sector.

"Unfortunately, the major players have since left living us reply on TANTITA,a private security firm. What is the government doing to assuage this state of unemployment.

"They bought tractors used for advertisement and you and I know, those tractors are covered and might not be used for its purpose.

"Just like the machines bought during President IBB for the purpose of training young Nigerian in JSS but where covered until they disappeared."

He pointed out that, "Nigerians need Jobs, they need food, electricity and above all security."

He expressed sadness over the death of a young man called Fish Magnate who recently lost his life in Anambra State.

He lamented that so many destinies end in such manner because the government is not taking responsibility of our security. "Forget propaganda, Nigeria is in a state of emergency. The statistics of poverty index is alarming.

"Just as you see mega churches, the truth is only five percent of most of these church members pull the string. Exactly as the percentage of the general populace making things to happen. Government should be for the people and not for the privileged."

Ahead of the forthcoming 2027 general elections, Prophet Ariole said former Presidential Aspirant of the Labour Party,LP, Peter Obi who challenged this government in the last election unfortunately couldn't put his party together.

He said, 'Now he is again jumping into an unholy alliance that won't favor him."

For a government to succeed, Prophet Ariole opined that, "There is need for a strong opposition, that we never saw in this administration."

In a reaction to a senior cleric who purportedly said Tinubu has bewitched Nigeria,Prophet Ariole said, "I find that statement very embarrassing.

"The church also has become associate to politicians and as such become a toothless dog. Once the sermon is primarily on prosperity, they give a quoter of jobs to the church and therefore the church also has no voice.

"If this president casted a spell on Nigeria, the spiritual capital of the world, then, where is the power that is being displayed on social media from the church.

"Nigeria will rise again if the government implement their plans unfortunately they are not."
