Policeman guns down 17yr old boy for shooting knockout in Delta Community
A trigger happy policeman has reportedly gunned down a seventeen(17) year- old boy, Emeka Odogwu in Ozoro Community, Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State for shooting knockout. The incident was said to have occurred on Saturday night.
It was learnt that Policemen who stormed the area, had found knockout in the victim's possession and made efforts to arrest the boy but he resisted and his attempt to escape, one of the Policemen opened fire on him that led to his death.

AKA “No Justice, No Peace” has condemned in strong terms, the murder of the boy by the Policeman.
The ISRCA National Co-ordinator,Comrade(Amb.) Derrick Oritsematosan Agberen in a statement on his Facebook timeline, on behalf of the group, said:" I condemn in strong terms, the unprofessional conduct of the Police operatives who have allegedly perpetuated the act."
The group urged the Nigeria Police Force Delta State, to carryout a thorough investigation on the matter and bring the erring Officer to justice.
While appealing to well meaning Nigerians especially indigenes of Ozoro Community to be civil in their approach at all times, especially when dealing with armed police officers, the group's National Co-ordinator said, they condoned with the family of the deceased.
According to the group's National Coordinator:" I sympathize with the family of the boy that was allegedly shot by a Police officer at Ozoro last night, arising from knockout that was found in his possession. It was alleged that the boy resisted arrest and his attempt to escape, he was shot by one of the Police officers".
When Our Correspondent, through Whatsapp message, contacted the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bright Edafe to confirm the report, the Police image maker said,"The Policeman has been identified and detained". According to SP Edafe,"CP assures the family of justice".
