Day 3 of Protest: avoid confrontations with security personnel, Situation Room caution protesters

As the nationwide protest enters day three today, the Situation Room of the #EndBadGovernance Protest in Delta State today said protesters should avoid confrontations with security personnel,refrain from destroying public property,stay hydrated and bring snacks to the designated protest venues. 

It handed the wanting in a statement signed by Comrade Awipi Teduolo
Situation Room, #EndBadGovernance Protest. 

It assured them that arrangements for medical teams to provide assistance,Water and snacks to be provided for as it said enjoined Protesters to look out for one another.

The statement also demanded for good governance, accountability, transparency, end to economic hardship and an end to insecurity. 

According to the statement,"Let us unite and make our voices heard!"

It also invited all protesters to assemble peacefully at the designated locations for Day 3 of the protest.

The statement said protesters should assemble at the following locations;
- Effurun Roundabout
- Enerhen Junction
- PTI Junction in Uvwie Local Government Area
- Otovwodo Junction at Ughelli
- Sapele
- Agbor
- Summit Junction at Asaba.

It also urged protesters to engage in peaceful and non-violent protest.

It said they should carry Nigerian flags and placards with clear messages, arrive at designated locations by 8 am,be respectful and courteous to security personnel and passersby.
