Delta: APM congratulates Okotete on her appointment, confirmation as minister

Stella Erhuvwuoghene Okotete on her appointment and subsequent confirmation by the National Assembly as one of the ministers of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.This is contained in a statement signed by APM President, Comr.(Mrs) Christy O.
