17yrs old boy drown inside swamp in Delta Community

A seventeen years old boy simply identified as Clinton has reportedly drowned in a dirty swamp in Owhase Community in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State.The remains of the deceased is yet to be found, PEBNEWS can report. It was learnt that the deceased in company of others went to the swamp around 12pm today, July 26th to swim unknown to their parents. It was also gathered that the friends of the deceased that went suddenly raised alarm that he had drowned when they could not find him around them.They dashed home to inform their parents and residents of the Community who rushed to the dirty and bushy swamp in search of the deceased.At the time of filing this report, the incident has left residents of the area in a state of mourning.PEBNEWS report that the deceased do not know how to swim but he had been going to the swamp on his own to play without anyone accompanying him before today's incident occurred.
