Governor Sheriff congratulates Delta assembly speaker, Guwor

His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori congratulates the newly elected Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor and his Deputy Speaker, Rt. Hon. Authur Akpovwowo on their emergence as the presiding officers of the 8th assembly. He stated that he will always be ready to partner with the House to ensure the smooth implementation of his administration. He made this known in a post on his Facebook page at the evening hours on Tuesday, 13th June, 2023."I congratulate the newly elected  Speaker, Rt. Hon. Guwor Emomotimi Dennis and his Deputy, Rt. Hon. Arthur Akpowowo on their emergence as the presiding officers of the 8th Assembly."I am ready to partner with the House to ensure the implementation of my administration's M.O.R.E Agenda. "As a former Speaker, I understand the importance of executive/ Legislature relationship and will continue to leverage my experience to ensure a  partnership  that will deliver the dividends of democracy to our people."I have no doubt in my mind that the 8th Assembly will perform very well.
